The 23-acre Sanctuary by the Sea is a Gulf-front property on the shores of Santa Rosa Beach, offering 650 feet of white sugar sand, three pools, two hot tubs, seasonal gas firepits, gas grills, a well-appointed fitness center, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room (which is available to reserve). Right on the property property, you'll have access to kayaks to take out on the coastal dune lake, bikes to assist in exploring the area, and paths that lead to Grayton Beach State Park (100 yards north) and beyond. The eclectic community of Grayton Beach is less than two miles east, Gulf Place Town Center is three miles west, and Seagrove Beach is four miles east.

• Free rentals of DVDs and free seasonal rentals of two bikes and a kayak (one hour).

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

• Parking notes: Parking: Covered. No boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, or jet skis. Please have your registration form filled out prior to arrival to the property.
