My family spent a week at this apartment and it was wonderful. Location, location and location. It is ideally positioned for families who enjoy skiing. Truly ski-in and ski-out with wonderful amenities. Jacuzzi, BBQ, gym and other activities for the family.

While the location of this condo is very good, the unit itself is in dire need of attention. The carpet in the dining/living area is absolutely filthy. We were very surprised property mgmt would agree to lease without having the carpet professionally cleaned. The living room furniture is visibly dirty also. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced. The door to the master sticks and is hard (and noisy) to open/close. The mattresses in the second bedroom have noisy springs. The floor plan layout is a bright spot with good separation between bedrooms and very large secondary bedroom. Also, large MB shower with very good water pressure.

Someone needs to do a serious update on this place. The carpet was absolutely disgusting, which made the entire place feel dirty. Forget about sleeping on the bed, and bring your own sheets and pillows!

Overall good but many issues... Key cards would stop working and we'd get stuck outside, one time had to walk all the way to main Street Station in ski boots to get a key, pots and pans that used to be nonstick were all scratched up and probably leaking toxins in our food, toilet paper was the absolute cheapest you can buy, the door on one of the closets was broken and literally would fall on you, the dishwasher was broken and there was no wood in the garage for the fireplace. Now I'm thinking a 7 would be more appropriate eating.

The bed in the master bedroom is an old sleep number mattress that does not work anymore. It was an extremely hard mattress. We actually opted to sleep on the couch and in the other bedroom with the kids after three nights of extremely poor sleep on the master bed. Also, none of the humidifiers in the condo worked. We boiled water on the stove top whenever we were in the condo to put humidity into the air.
