This two-story, 1,260-square-foot property offers a unique experience in that it has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the condo for beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay - perfect for sunrise and sunset! The open-concept living area is cozy and relaxing, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable furniture and a flatscreen TV. Step outside from the living room onto the oceanfront balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh air and take in panoramic views of the ocean, the beach, and the entire Ocean City coastline stretching out in the distance. Both bedrooms are on the bay side of the building, featuring balconies with beautiful bay views. Additional amenities include central AC, a washer/dryer, and an on-site indoor pool, gym, and sauna.

Take the elevator downstairs and you're just steps from the ocean and sand. Guests of Century I also have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool, an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.

NOTE: From Memorial Day-September 30, there is a required $30 cash payment to obtain your parking passes upon arrival. This is a firm requirement of the HOA, so please plan accordingly. There is an ATM located about a block and a half away.

Please note that the indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.

• Parking notes: Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $30 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $50 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass.

  Parking permits must be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted.
