This beachfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo includes ocean views from the living room balcony. You'll have a queen bed and two single beds, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, so everyone will be comfortable during your stay. This home includes a full kitchen with a stove and a dishwasher, and in-suite amenities include a private washer and dryer, central AC, and free WiFi. The building has an indoor pool and an exercise room for guests' enjoyment. The condo is located on the fourth floor with easy elevator access from the condo to the beach walkway or parking, or guests can take the stairs from the fourth floor to the beach level to access the ocean. There is one permit for on-site parking and the building is on Ocean City's Coastal Highway with nearby groceries, shopping, restaurants, and a library nearby.
Things to Know
- A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
- The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
- The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
