Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7ft2in height is allowed in the garage. For the
safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the
garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renter’s expense.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Water Access: To access building and beach, guest must have their RFID Band. This will be provided upon arrival at the Resort.

Beach service is available through Panama Beach Service for an additional fee. If interested, please inquire with the beach attendant.

My family and I love everything about this place except the wait on the elevator but everything else was wonderful. The home was nice and clean. Love the fact that it was enough towels for me and my family. I love the view of the ocean.

The location is great, the view is awesome. The setup of the condo is nice. I was disappointed in the fact that a company charges allot of money for cleaning services, yet I had to come in cleaning up. The condo was not cleaned before arrival. Food was still on the floor under the table from the last guests. The bathrooms were probably just wiped down because after spraying them down dirt was running off the toilet and tubs. The counter top where the bar stools are was black when I wiped it, that’s totally unacceptable and does disservice to the owners.

we spend 5 day 4 night in Tidewater Beach Resort and let me tell you at the beginning I was so scare because of the elevator situation but actually it wasn't that bad! I will give you the 5 stars but the bathrooms from our room they were a little dirty but overall everything was great!! Thanks Vacasa for the awesome experience.

This unit was not clean, the floor was filthy. The closet door was missing in one of the bedrooms. There were not any curtains on the window in one bedroom that connected to an outside hallway, due to this and the light in the hall at night sleeping was very difficult. The pillows and mattress comforter were mediocre at best. The couch had an odor of uncleanliness. The remote would not work to power off/on the living room TV. The kitchen was not stocked with basic kitchen tools for example there were not any cookie sheets/baking pans. The walls and doors were in need of cleaning and repainting. The elevators in this unit were extremely slow and posed a huge frustration. The pool had a damaged area that could have posed a easy location for injury. My family was not impressed and we would not stay in this unit again especially for the price. The biggest plus for this unit was its location as far as being close to Pier Park, Target, the pier, etc.

Hi, Keith! We are so sorry for any issues you experienced. The owner is making various upgrades such as replacing the carpet, deep cleaning, painting, etc. during the slow season. We do ask guests at check-in to let us know if there are any issues so we may resolve them, and housekeeping will bring up any missing items. Anything outside of the unit, such as the amenities and elevators, are managed by an HOA. They are aware of the elevator wait times and are currently working on a solution. Thank you!

Elevator situation is a complete nightmare. They do warn you about peak hours, but at all hours of the day you wait and wait, just to get on. Unit was not very clean. Dryer didn't work. Closet doorknobs missing, lots of wear on all surfaces and furnishings. Just not what we expected. Location was good. Elevator issues would keep us from ever returning.

We were very pleased with this condo! The front bedroom and the back bedroom beds were extremely hard but the middle room was great. The condo was big enough for 12- we didn’t feel at all like we were right on top of each other all the time. There were some minor things- the carpet is old and needs replaced in the bedrooms. The walls haven’t been wiped down in quite a while and there were a few questionable spots on the master bathroom wall. The elevators are slow in check in and check out day so just be aware that it will take a little while.
We very much enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return to the property and to this unit!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! I have zero complaints about the space but I must say the elevators at this resort are SUPER SLOW!!!! Other than that our trip was awesome and we would definitely return!
