Built with multiple decks across three levels, this lovely home is prepared to be your retreat near the lake and the sea. You're just 12 steps from the boardwalk to the beach! You can enjoy the fabulous views of Dune Lake and the Gulf from the wraparound decks on the second and third floors. This home is built for comfort, with every space (including the two main bedroom suites) designed to emphasize the Gulf views. The full kitchen includes luxurious details like wine storage, quartz countertops, and a French door refrigerator. If someone in your group doesn't want to climb stairs that often, the efficiency suite downstairs is set up perfectly with a kitchenette, bedroom, full bathroom, and private entrance that cannot be accessed from inside the house. The whole house can enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer. In addition to the fabulous deck and patio seating, everyone can come together around the private gas grill.
