Parking notes: Maximum allowed vehicles for the stay is 2 vehicles total, we cannot allow more than 2. All spaces on site are un-reserved, you MUST have parking passes presented in the dash of the vehicles at all times when parked on the property - if passes are not shown in the dash the HOA will not hesitate to tow. The 2 parking passes will be in the unit ready for you upon your arrival.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

We were overall very happy with our stay. We had two elderly women in our party, so it was a bummer finding out the public beach was about 3/4 mile from the access point for Sugar Dunes. It was great to find out there is a shuttle service to get you to the sand! Read the welcome packet in the living room!!

This condo was at a great location. Although you can't see the beach from the condo, there's just one building between it and the beach. Super short walk. It's also so close to Seaside. My husband and daughter rented bikes and rode there from the condo. I gave this property 4 stars only because the condo is a bit warn. Nothing a good coat of paint and a few general touch ups wouldn't fix. We would stay there again.

For the amount that I paid for 1 night, I am extremely disappointed. The screen on the back door was ripped. Neither of the doors would lock and we have 3 children. At about 10pm the people upstairs started partying and being extremely loud and by midnight, my 9yo daughter was crying she couldn’t sleep from the banging upstairs. At 8:30am housekeeping was at the door rushing us out. Checkout isn’t until 10am! Why were we rushed out at 8:30-9am? I have booked with Vacasa several times in the past and have never been disappointed like this. I book with Vacasa to avoid these types of situations. Paying $500 a night for this experience is really stomach turning.

We enjoyed our stay and this vacation condo. It had easy beach access and wasn't too crowded. Plenty of spaces for parking and it was very well maintained. We will stay here again.

The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us to relax. There is a washer/dryer which came in handy. The beach is easy to get to and is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect! There is a bike rental close by. It's the perfect location to bike ride. There are plenty of restaurants near by as well as shops. The pool was great. There is also a tennis court. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in your home the week before the 4th, and it was lovely. Very clean, well appointed (except there wasn't a single hanger in the entire unit, lol), and such a fabulous location. We're 10 years in with staying at Beachside Villas -- we love Seagrove that much!

Although the location and the beach is nice. The villa #523 was not cleaned. Upon arriving Friday night after driving all day, we had to go out and buy new bed linen and pillows, then come back and clean up. The room my daughter’s slept in looked like the covers had not been changed in a while. One of the beds looked like someone had peed In it and no one changed it. The pillows were dirty and had not been changed. The other bed had dirty linen and pillows. The bathroom towels were not clean. Every one we picked up, had spots on it that could be washed out. So that let us know they just weren’t washed. Someone’s used bath rag was left on the shower rod. The floors were filthy and stained. It is bad enough to have all of these issues, but I would think that they would do a much better job at cleaning with Covid-19 going around. I would not recommend this villa to anyone, unless you don’t mind staying in filth.

We enjoyed this location since it was in walking distance to the beach. It was just a short drive to Seaside and to Panama City Beach. The condo was big enough to accommodate our family and has most of the items that we needed for our trip. I would recommend to ones that enjoy a beach that isn’t so crowded.

The condo was in a great location and very close to the beach. However, the unit was NOT clean upon arrival. We found obviously used press on nails on the nightstand next to the master bed. There was also a large amount of sand on the master and second bedroom comforters.
The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced desperately...the left side of the mattress has completely fallen. If you sleep on this side you will have to move to the middle of the bed to keep from falling off. The unit served its purpose...but we would not stay again without some renovation and maintenance.
