I went in the off season for a rest from the world. It was perfect. Something to note that did not take away from my stay all, but others might be interested in: the furniture outside has changed from what’s it the pics, but still comfy. I would definitely come back.

This unit was great for my husband and I . It was very clean and a nice location. Pizza bar was great, everyone knew each other and made us feel welcome. Pools were very nice ,4 on property. The bed was very comfortable and great seating inside and out.

First time staying at the Inn. Typically, I rent a Carillon home. The Inn was cozy and perfect for me and my daughter. We had one tiny issue that was taken care of immediately. Check in after hours was super easy. Great customer service. I can’t wait to go back!

This unit was great for our short stay in the Panama City Beach area. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay without the Front Beach traffic, this is the spot! If you're looking for the nightlife scene, you'll want to go to the Front Beach strip. Carollin Beach resort is a hidden gem with eateries and bike rentals in the Market Square right next door. The unit manager was great and available after hours for any concerns. The unit is well appointed and very clean and cozy. We'll definitely book this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carillon Inn. It was close to our wedding venue and the place was clean and cozy. The lake view from the balcony was a bonus. It is a one bedroom studio. The door to the outside corridor leads right into the bed area. Visitors would have to walk through the bedroom area to get to living room. It was fine for us though. We appreciated the courtesy soaps and toilet paper and garbage bags. Publix was very close as well as Pier Park.

Place was not clean and smelled of mildew!
Need to get those awful rugs out of there, Take out the old dusty decorations that just cannot be cleaned properly! If you have allergies, better choose another place.

The patio furniture is mildewed and full of cobwebs and debris, the halls and the doorways are buggy and dirty as well. The rug inside this unit is a natural material that’s clearly unable to be cleaned properly it has debris in it. The floors were overal dirty mainly dirty to the rugs. The fibers caused allergic responses from all of my family members. The shower head….Omgosh…how was I the first person to notice how thick the mold was on the head? It was so bad I noticed black speck in the shower from it. The amenities and beach is beautiful and the other homes on the property seem well kept it’s unfortunate this property is Not better cared for.

Very clean, beautifully decorated. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Loved my morning walks around the neighborhood. Very nice pools. Very clean beaches.

Picture of balcony furniture is not current. I was looking forward the laying out there with a good book.
There are 3 gripes.
Pad Lock code. I had 3 codes before the final one. Not allowed to check early, but locked out for 45 mins before finally getting in. Then 2 days later, that code stopped. Given another that held up for remaining stay. Office support was very helpful though.
No handicap beach access. All have stairs. I had no problem but others will.
No cabinet space for any groceries. Leave them on countertop or in bags on the floor. Everyone doesn't eat out for every meal.

Will definitely return. Easy access to a very quiet uncrowned private beach. Quick access to grocery and liquor store across the street. Have stayed all up and down 30a but this is a favorite location. Price was right. Perfect for a couple.

We loved it here! The gate code did not work at first which was pretty alarming but thankfully we called the office before they closed so they helped us and were great!

We appreciated how quiet it was, the restaurants nearby were great, the pool was wonderful and the beach was a short walk. The room was nicely decorated. However, the room was dirty upon arrival. The sink was covered with long, black hairs and toothpaste. The fridge had hair. Paint cans were left by the tv. The porch furniture was filthy. It had clearly not been cleaned. We were assured it would be clean, especially during Covid, but unfortunately this was not the case. I had to Lysol and wipe down everything before we could get settled. We would love to visit the facility again, but possibly book with another company or owner. The cleaning service is obviously not doing their job.

Well furnished and beautifully decorated, this unit is the perfect fit for a couples getaway or small family. The location is ideal giving you easy access to 30A or PCB.

Nice unit. Only 1 blanket that smelled and was 10 years old. Tried getting another blanket and it took 2 days

Only 2 things were wrong with our trip 1. Do not like having our a/c managed by someone else. We would be warm at night and turn it down and it would automatically go back to a setting. 2. The pools closed early and didn't opened early.
