Location fantastic for beach lovers. Unit was well equipped. Only complaint was the ancient TV system in the living room. Vacasa was very prompt in having it fixed , but by the end of our week's stay it was hit and miss again.

We only stayed a few days but the condo was exactly what we needed

The security guard doesn't play when saying that the parking pass needs to be displayed. I did enjoy the pool access being right there at the beach and it was close to most everything

Beautiful Condo, very clean, comfortable beds. Breathtaking view from living room, patio, and master bedroom. WiFi and cable worked…we brought our Roku, easy to connect. TV’s are small, no frills, but you’re probably not going to watch TV. The AC also worked great which is high on our priority list:) No issues at all with things not working.
Probably because of COVID be prepared to bring EVERYTHING you need (Salt and pepper, trash bags, coffee filters, beach towels, anything for the beach, dust pan, etc).
They provided small glasses, small coffee cups, and a small skillet. If you prefer larger you need to bring that and plastic ware for outside.
You are not allowed to have ANY DRINK or food within 4 feet of the pool, this is strictly enforced which we haven’t experienced in Florida before. Oh and no pool floats.
There is a great Bar and Grill right next to the pool. One of the five nights we were there they had live music. There is a cute little ice cream shop downstairs our 7 year old had to visit everyday.
Panama City was extremely crowded …we went to several places for dinner and breakfast where the wait was 1 to 2 hours.
Pineapple Willy’s was great for lunch no wait.
For Dinner Hammerhead Fred’s had a small wait, fun relaxing atmosphere, great food, live music, and it’s right down the street.
Overall we had a wonderful experience we usually vacation the first or second week of August.
I’ve never experienced such a large amount of people this time of year…the pool and beach were packed everyday all day. However for being so full…inside the condo and being on the patio were extremely peaceful and quiet.
To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!
