2nd-floor condo w/ pool, hot tub, near beach, high-speed WiFi & washer/dryer

Property wide construction to infrastructure. Noisy work during daytime includes jackhammers and large equipment such as excavators, etc. There are no planned closures of amenities or water shut offs, and there will always be at least 1 entry/exit open during the entire project. Steer clear of the east retention pond and DO NOT attempt to cross the wood foot bridge to the island as this is where much of the pond work will take place.

This condo is located on the beach-side of the complex and definitely brings the comfort with central air conditioning and ocean-inspired decor. Enjoy cooking together in the full kitchen, complete with full-size appliances large and small plus a breakfast bar with room for five guests to enjoy an informal meal together.

Then, retreat to watch your favorite show on one of the two big TVs available! The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom and younger guests can rest in the built-in bunk beds.
