We love this unit and complex! This was our 2nd stay in 60 days! Close to the beach, great view, great pool and fabulous restaurants close to the condo!! Vacasa is amazing to work with !!

We really enjoyed our stay! Building is closer to the beach than the beach parking lot. It is one of the only units in the building with an ocean view. My dog loved the huge deck.

This condo should not be rented in its current condition. I read reviews before renting but most said they were under previous management so I went ahead thinking things had changed. WRONG!!!

Cleanliness - Our first clue that something was not right was the front door to the condo was in dire need of painting and the trim was coming apart. When we entered, the condo it appeared clean, but that was superficial. The living room furniture and dining room chair upholstery are in desperate need of a deep clean.

Comfort Issues- The master bed support was not attached so those sleeping in the bed rolled to the center. We did call the next morning and that was fixed right away.

Maintenance - The master bath has holes in the plaster, trim coming apart - just needs some routine attention. The kitchen cabinets and drawers had knobs that came off when you opened them. These were also fixed at our request. However, I see that same issue was mentioned in previous reviews so either they were never repaired or they should now be replaced since this continues to happen. Just about every shelf and drawer in the refrigerator was cracked or broken.

Safety - the deck was badly in need of paint or stain so splinters were an issue. The deck was a wrap around and when we went around to the side part, it was like the land of misfit furniture. There were at least a half dozen broken, rusted chairs, loungers, etc. The deck was also covered in miscellaneous screws and my son found a rusted part of a saw. When we reported this, and what a danger it could have been for those with small children, maintenance did pick up the the screws but all of the broken furniture was left.

Overall, the unit needs a lot of attention. We understood it was an older building but we have stayed in other units at this complex and none were in this condition. Very disappointing!

This was our second time in this unit but many times at the complex. It’s location is superb! The unit fits our family’s needs greatly!!
The view, clean pool, close proximity to the beach and amazing restaurants make this paradise for us!!!
We will be booking again very soon!

We recently visited this location with a family of five. It's our second trip to this building and we couldn't say more great things. Condos are not super up-to-date but the amenities of the complex are better than most. Brand new pool and hot tub with covered lounge area. Literally a football field walk to the beach. This particular beach is the most private public beach you'll find. There is VERY limited public parking so even if you arrive to the beach at 10 am you're still two rows from the water.

We loved the location, loved the pool and hot tub, loved the view. The condo was clean. We definitely want to stay here again.

This trip was to be our delayed 2nd anniversary celebration, but it turned out to be an unmitigated disaster on the first night. An hour after we arrived, it was clear that the A/C was NOT cooling at all (BTW, I grew up on a farm and started adult life as a USAF mechanic before becoming an engineer, so I kinda know when something is broken) A technician showed up very quickly after I sent Turnkey a text, who stuck a probe into a vent and said, “No, it’s not cooling.” A few minutes later, the technician was gone and the A/C was still not cooling. Turnkey later reassured me that they still were trying to get someone out for a service call, they messaged that no one would be there until the next day. At midnight we needed sleep, so we tried to sleep on the deck where we could feel a light breeze. But, my wife gave up and went back inside. I decided to stay outside with our puppy, after soaking both of us in cool water, until the mosquitos started to bite. Keep in mind that Turnkey is more of broker than a property manager—they are at the mercy of cleaning staffs and service people to report problems and probably never set foot within a given property. And, while they may have direct contact with an owner, that doesn’t guarantee things get handled promptly. So who do you blame here? The A/C technician that did the ding-dong-ditch? Absolutely!!! (you always check your work to be sure the problem is fixed, or at least tell someone why you couldn’t fix it) What about Turnkey or the owner? Not sure here. I’ve never lived anywhere where you couldn’t get “emergency” repair service late at night, so who didn’t want to pay the extra fee? The next day started as bad as the first night, and we still had to work—nothing like a computer fan blowing hot air when it’s already hot—so we left for another rental, this time from AB&B. Be very CAREFUL when picking a property. Turnkey has sai This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The property was unable to be rented. Leaks, humidity on the roof, the place was in under-repair condition. Unfortunately, I was forced to leave the property. Worst vacation ever. Dishonest people. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We had an overall great vacation, great location, upon arrival the floors were sticky n turned our feet black when walking on them, 2 lights were out over vanity, balcony lights didn’t work, master bedroom tv didn’t work, swivel chairs on balcony were rusted so bad that when I moved them because I feared my toddler would get cut on rusted metal they fell apart. We had a great time just some things to work on for future guests. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Check in was easy. However, the unit is not as big as the pictures make it out to be. The description is listed as `gulf view` but that is debatable. It looks out over an empty lot with the gulf in the distance between two buildings. It is an easy walk to the beach, though. Unit seemed to still be under renovation (cuts in walls, repair patches in ceiling). We would not have been so bothered if it wasn`t so expensive. It was fairly clean, but there were items left on the balcony from other guests and many of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty so we had to run them through the dishwasher before we could use them. Would not recommend to a friend or relative at this price. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

I do not recommend this unit. We had water leaking from ceiling and no one ever showed up to fix it, or at least clean up the mess, or anything. Open and unfinished patched holes in the walls throughout. Light fixtures hanging off the walls, not secured. Loose door knobs. Wifi stopped working on second day. The unit is run-down and in need of repairs and upgrades. The following are some of the main issues:

1) Kitchen - dishwasher doesn`t dissolve pods so dishes do not come out clean. Coffee pot turns off before brewing cycle is complete. Loose electrical outlet. Paint cans in lower kitchen cupboards. Cracked door shelf and lower drawer off track in fridge.
2) Living Room - furniture cushions soiled. Loose trim pieces. Patched holes in walls throughout unit. Cords for cable and internet all tangled and in full view. No internet for last 2 days of stay.
3) Primary bedroom/bath - light fixture above vanity flickers on and off like Christmas lights. Shower drain is slow.
4) Second bedroom/bath - closet unusable due to holes in walls and ceiling along with large shop vac taking up entire space. Bed skirt torn.
5) Deck - multiple chairs either broken, cracked or rickety.

Property management company was prompt at providing a mattress pad when requested and paid for our dinner when we were without water for several hours due to a water main break.

Outdoor deck time was often disrupted due to landscaping project on property (loud noises from machinery and equipment). When unit above had multiple kids running back and forth, it was also very loud inside.

The best part about the unit is the extremely comfortable king size bed and the location of property being close to the beach. Other people in the building were also very friendly.

Overall, disappointed with unit. With some attention to detail on repairs, nicer living room and deck furniture (and less furniture), upgrades on bathroom toilet/shower/sink, upgrade to floors, and a thorough cleaning, it could be a real gem. It was a great experience. Excellent location. Great view of the Gulf and minutes away from food and shopping. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

My family and I had such a great time! The condo was super clean, comfortable and so welcoming! Beach is at 1mn walk! We truly enjoyed every second!
