The well-appointed living room has spectacular beach and water views from two walls to provide a great ambiance during your next dinner party. The full kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar with four barstools, stainless steel appliances, and all the counter space the family chef needs to prepare a delightful meal for your guests. The attractive wood dining table has seating for four, and you can always take your meals al-fresco in the salty sea air.

Spend the day at the beach, then come back home and let the private washer/dryer rinse out your beachy laundry. Whenever you're not kickin' it poolside or enjoying a good soak in the shared hot tub, luxuriate on the living room's comfy sofa to watch a ballgame or a movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. There are two tiki bars alongside the lagoon pool, one being a bar and grill. There is an indoor pool as well, a coffee and donut shop in the lobby, and beautiful bridges, waterfalls, and fountains in the pool and garden area.

There are two king main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, but one being oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.

Condo was very nice and pics are accurate. Views are amazing and bedding was way better than it needed to be. Something that could be improved on would be the Elevators. Not too bad if you use the side elevator banks, but the ones right off the garage at check in time is pretty impossible. Would book again, but would maybe look for a lower floor as the 22nd floor really put you at the mercy of the elevators.

One of the bathroom shower curtains was absolutely filthy with a large amount of mold and mildew on the curtain. The bathroom rug beside the tub was soaking wet when we arrived so I put it on the porch to dry. One of the dining room chairs was broken and could not be used. We killed 3 large Roaches in the unit. The inside door of the Washer was covered in thick black mold and mildew. There were only 4 elevators for 23 floors and most of the time one or more was out of order. I took pictures of the unit but can’t post them to this review. The pool was great!!

The room was nice except for the dishwasher not working and several small items like the trim falling off wall in kitchen, the couches needed to be replaced because of the lack of comfort

Our maintenance team has also repaired the trim on the kitchen wall.
