This is a great location if you are skiing and want to use Chair 7. Also very convenient to walking into town for restaurants and shopping. The grocery is very convenient and has parking if shopping or is walkable if only a few things are needed. We enjoyed the unit very much. We were traveling with our two daughters and the loft made it very easy without having to rent a 3 bedroom. The view is of Chair 7.

The townhome itself was beautiful—well decorated, very comfortable, and in an excellent ski-in/ski-out location. The owners clearly care about the property. However, dealing with Vacasa was extremely frustrating. The hot tub water was opaque and smelled bad when we arrived, and despite three days of calling and texting customer support, we couldn’t get it cleaned. Vacasa would not provide the local contact, and every call involved long hold times with no real progress. We even offered to clean it ourselves if they would drop off supplies. On the third day we finally reached a manager who issued a partial refund since we couldn’t use the hot tub. I truly feel for the homeowner because the property is wonderful, but Vacasa’s communication and support system made resolving a simple issue incredibly difficult. I’ve rented vacation homes for 25+ years and have never experienced this kind of customer service problem.
