Can’t beat the price for the location. About a 10 min walk to the gondola in ski boots If you’re up for it.
We had trouble getting up the steep driveway into the parking spot. It was very icy and not plowed/cleared for us, and we weren’t warned about the potential difficulty until check in instructions were sent 2 days before. Also as many past reviews have mentioned, the downstairs bathroom is in desperate need of maintenance - towel rack and door have been broken for a long time.
But overall good and would stay again.

House could use some minor repairs but everything worked (holes in the walls and misc things damaged). Great location; walking distance to bars and gondola. Checkout was at 11am, we went skiing that last day, VACASA wouldn't let us leave our cars at the house for the day (plenty of spaces in the house's lot to accomodate this but didn't want to risk getting towed so we had to go pay $14 at the gondola lot)
No one does snow removal at this property so getting your vehicle into the sloped parking lot when its covered in snow is a pain even with 4wd and the differential locked. Walkways and stairs to the house were not shoveled. Unit does NOT have a hot tub, both neighboring houses have hot tubs.

positives: Nice spot with plenty of room for a family of 4. Very convenient to get to gondola and easy access to everything in town. Could walk to shopping/restaurants. Great view of the mountain. Had a dishwasher, enough dishware and basic kitchen items. Large dining table, comfy large couch in main room. two bathrooms (one up and one down)
Challenges: no kleenex in the house, clothes dryer did not work well, kitchen while reasonably well stocked needs some newer pots/pans. Hot/Cold Water switched on the first floor (kitchen and bathroom).
Overall We would consider staying here again because of the location.

It was 2 minutes away from Main street and close to all shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the Gondola #8. Loved the area. Condo was really cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The small chairs need a little updating but other than that, we were very comfortable.

We had a great stay at the townhome. You can’t beat the in-town location and the price for the amount of room in the place. The exterior of the property (wooden decks/steps) do need attention, but the interior was clean with new carpet/paint. The washer/dryer are smaller units. The kitchen was great. We’d stay again.

We were not expecting to have to buy toilet paper - and no soap in the bathrooms. Luckily city market was just down the street. We visited there often! Lol. Otherwise it was a great place for my family - and perfect for our little summer getaway! Bedrooms were great size - two full baths! Loved the upstairs deck! Location was amazing - so convenient to everything we wanted to do! Loved being able to just walk everywhere. Directions on how to get there and how to get into the condo were perfect. Great stay and made great memories

The place was clean but looked like it had seen a party or two recently. We stayed the last week of March so it is likely that it had
A couple of things need to be fixed
1.the dryer doesn’t produce heat so it won’t dry clothes
2.the outlets in the bathrooms will not work so hair dryers need to be used elsewhere
If not for the location , price, and Shane I would give this place 3 stars

This place is perfect. You can walk everywhere; shops, food and the free gondola! The townhouse is huge and tons of room. It was clean and everything was comfortable! Can't wait to come back!

The townhouse was nicely kept and there was more than enough room for my family of 6. The bunk room on the main floor actually could've slept all 4 of my kids and the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed could've slept an additional 2 guests, but my 4 kids slept comfortably spread out. That was a nice. Also, the location being in walking distance of Main St was the best. We walked to grab dinner and other things couple of the nights. Also, it was easy access to One Ski Hill Rd to get to Peak 8 and 7. Didn't even need to deal with Main St traffic. Additionally, it was nice to have access to the home through the keypad and not have to Check in at another management location, especially bc we got in so late the 1st night due to the heavy traffic. And ease of check out was great!
