The condo was beautiful. The owners are doing some updating and doing beautiful job. It is definitely a million dollar view, we saw dolphin swimming in the ocean every morning we were there. Plenty of towels for the guest and the kitchen is amazing with everything you will need to cook any dish you want. We are planning our next vacation with the family because there is plenty of room and having the 3 full bathrooms with extra guest is a plus!! LOVED LOVED LOVED!!!!

The wrap around porch provides beautiful views. Location was excellent and the unit is very spacious. The main living space was updated nicely. The bathrooms are in need of updating. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this unit.

I have been going to Sugar Dunes for the past 9 years and we keep going back over and over. Unit 16 is a lovely corner unit with beautiful views and we loved being in an end unit. We had a few maintenance/service issues, but they were dealt with very quickly as soon as we called. We will definitely book Unit 16 again!

This is obviously an older condo that has been recently updated. It was done beautifully, the kitchen being my favorite feature. We cooked breakfast and dinner a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed, as well as ample seating to all enjoy eating together. Not only did it provide all we needed, but it was stunning. I would suggest that if you are not used to cooking on stainless steel (like me) to buy some PAM or you will be in a mess! The access to the beach is perfect, you are literally just steps away and even if you choose not to go down to the sand, you can feel very close to the water. The views from the condo are perfect, we sat out there for hours watching the waves. You are just 1.5 miles from the Hub, a short drive to Publix and near all kinds of ice cream/donut shops. We loved being near Seaside, Alys and Rosemary so we could enjoy a long bike ride with the kids.
For management-As you continue to improve this condo I would make a few suggestions- the outlets in the master bathroom don't work, the porch furniture is a bit dated compared to the beautiful indoor furniture (although not uncomfortable), there is a cracked window creating a fogged look on one of the windows. The kids bunks were perfect for us, but the pictures did not show the room that way, so may need to update this for guests that do not have kids.

The view and closeness of the ocean and hearing the crashing wave is pleasing and comfortable. The condo was pretty clean and well stocked. Liked being on and end corner. We were there less than a week after Hurricane Miichael and still most things were repaired, clean and in good shape. The surrounding grounds were cleaned as much as possible and the beaches were. though not crystal clear as usual that was to be expected after a Hurricane of Michael's magnitude had just made landfall less than a week before and less than 50 miles away. This is our third year of vacationing at Sugar Dunes and I will do it again next year for sure. One of my favorite places!

There was construction and many of the parking spaces were closed for construction vehicles. Parking was an issue.
