Unlike any other vacation rental at Sunbird, this completely renovated condo boasts designer updates for an unforgettable beachfront experience. Showcasing sweeping water views from the stunning living room and the balcony, you'll have a front-and-center perch.

Walk right down to the beach or indulge in fabulous on-site amenities multiple pools, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. While you'll find plenty of restaurants nearby the condo also includes a sparkling, well-equipped kitchen (including a brand-new refrigerator with filtered water) to help handle all your at-home meal and snack needs.

Private home essentials include WiFi, central air-conditioning, and access to a shared washer/dryer. A seasonal (April-October) beach service setup of two chairs and a shade umbrella is also provided.

Things to Know

  • Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
