This property was magnificent, the lake view is second to none, the sliding/retracting balcony door was a guest favorite of ours, which you'll see when u reserve this house. No less than 3 guests make this house usable 100%. Kitchen and and potware really do justice for your prepared meals. Only downfall was the tiny tiny driveway to get into the garage, if available for use! The front is the back and the address leads you to the back of the front. Lol......... ENJOY YOUR STAY

This house is a very nice rental and has everything you need. It is in an ideal location- lake views, very quiet, spacious and easy walking to cafes and stores. Will rent it again!

I'll start at the end. I'd rent this home again. It's a nicely redone home in a super convenient location for exploring Seattle. An added bonus is being able to walk across the street to walk around Green Lake. Close to Ballard dining and bars, easy access to Burke Gilman bike trail, and 10-15 min to downtown. The kitchen/dining/family room open area is the highlight and great to hang out in the morning or after a day of touring. The outdoor deck is nice. The home next door is close and four adorable kids were on the very close trampoline during our visit - didn't bother us, but be aware. The home looks to have been renovated about five years or so ago. It was nicely done, but starting to show a bit of wear. The master shower was not working properly and it took a day and a half to get a repair man out. There were stains on the upstairs hall carpet. Not tragic, but pushed me toward a 4* rather than 5* rating. Again, I'd rent this house again if in Seattle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home right off the lake. Yes, it’s an old house, but it has been beautifully (and tastefully) renovated, and the location and views can’t be beat. Kitchen is very well stocked for those who love to cook. Ample room in the bedrooms; the living room is very small.

Green lake Is the perfect spot to call home base while exploring Seattle and the hikes surrounding. House is clean and efficient. And a nice view of the lake. Nice deck

Came to Seattle and the San Juan Islands with my family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from high school. We couldn’t have been happier with the Green Lake Bungalow. The view was spectacular and the home was cozy and sweet. Our lazy days on the deck overlooking Green Lake will never be forgotten. A slice of Heaven.

The view of the lake was beautiful ! Just an amazing house to spend the weekend in .
Only a short distance from downtown seattle. We will definitely stay in this house again!

We were in town visiting our son for a week during the winter and this home was cozy and clean with lots of amenities. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The views are great. Love the deck, even though we only used it a couple times. Love to see everyone using the lake paths! We loved using them as well-great place to walk or run! The master bedroom is comfortable-also with great views. We only used the two upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t need the one in the basement. This home is walkable to many fun spots ans we would definitely come back!

Had everything we needed as a small family. We didn't have to fill in missing amenities or anything. Really happy with this house. Parking in the garage made it really convenient.

The kitchen is great for family gatherings and the space is modern and clean. However, what makes this house so special are the views of the Green Lake.

The main part of the house—kitchen, family room and dining we comfortable and well equipped. The third bedroom was in a very chilly basement , not a place we could put a three year old. So she slept on an air mattress in her parents room. This was not ideal. In trying to get a resolution to this issue, there was a lot of miscommunication from Vacasa. This was made more difficulty because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Helene. We apologize for the delays in communication due to the holiday. The basement is fully furnished with a full bathroom, TV viewing room, and forced air that keeps the basement at the same temperature the rest of the home is set to, so we are sorry to see it was a disappointment for you. Our property manager was more than happy to purchase a new, child-sized air mattress for you and bring over any additional items you requested. We hope to see you again!

My wife and I used the home to visit our daughter at UW. We have stayed at every nice hotel downtown on previous trips. Even though town is only 5 miles from campus the drive can be exhausting. We have also stayed in Sammamish and had the same problem with traffic. We decided to try the Green Lake neighborhood.

This home was great for us. It’s right across the street from the Lake which has a pretty walking trail. Most important for us is it is very easy to get to campus. We could be there in less than 10 minutes.

The house itself had everything we needed. The interior was very comfortable to hang out in. We didn’t use the kitchen a ton but it had everything needed to make a good meal. The master bathroom is very roomy. The only thing that keeps this from being a perfect rental for our purposes is that the master bed is a queen.

That being said we visit Seattle about every two months. We will definitely be renting this home again.

The location is across the street from Green Lake. It was nice to be able to walk around the lake. The home was roomy enough for the six of us. We liked sitting on the outdoor deck.

Across the street from a pretty lake...under three miles to walk around. Close to good restaurants, shopping and freeways. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away but you feel a part of a quiet community. Lots of space and renovation done nicely. It’s an older property but is quite livable. Could have a hair dryer but that’s the only ding I can think up. You have to park on the street and walk up a short driveway but it wasn’t a nuisance at all. You’ll love the view.

Worked well for two couples and one single adult. Good kitchen, great view right on lake.

We loved the great location right across from Green Lake and its walking trails. The staff was responsive to questions. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our family to gather and prepare meals. If you have a car ask if you can use the garage otherwise driving in and out of the alley to load/unload is tricky. Be sure to use the provided directions if you are using a ride share company as one of our family members got dropped off a 10 minute walk away.

There were four adults on our vacation. This home was well located with amazing views. Thank you!

Loved this house - the kitchen was beautiful and easy to use. Views of Green Lake were wonderful from the house. While it was a drizzly, raining weekend, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking to stay in the Green Lake area.
