This lovely condo is now available for weekly rentals in the summer of 2024! It boasts a fully renovated prime OCMD “uptown” oceanfront location with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two large private balconies, and water views from every window. There are two dedicated parking spaces for the vacation rental and more than 50 first-come, first-served additional guest parking spaces. This 7th-floor north side location offers privacy but still allows for a connection to the ocean and the smells of salt air to permeate the living space.
Enjoy unbeatable panoramic sunrises, sunsets, and a myriad of hues of green and blue. The combination of classic coastal décor, colors, and ambient lighting complements the mid-century modern theme throughout, creating an oasis that will give you “beach vibes” all week long. With two elegant primary bedrooms that both have access to the ocean/bayfront balconies respectively, and a “Hawaiian surf” themed kids room, there will be plenty of space for everyone in your group to relax comfortably in their favorite space, all while taking in the views. The Ashore Resort next door offers four dining options from their casual beach grill to fine dining, and even a DJ at night.
There is an outdoor tiki bar with live music every day during the summer and partial shoulder season starting at 4:00 p.m., so you can enjoy a cocktail and listen every day from above on the balcony. There is a sun deck and an indoor pool/hot tub in the building, meaning you can go swimming whenever you like. Bonfires are allowed on the beach at night (with a permit), as are fireworks and grills. It is a 10-minute drive to the boardwalk and the Fenwick Isle amphitheater, 20 minutes to the Rehoboth outlets, and a short walk or drive to world-class seafood restaurants and nightlife.
Other amenities in the condo include a private washer/dryer, cable TV, TVs in every room, heated baths, central A/C and heat, USB/USB-C outlets in all rooms, flatware, glassware, cookware, two wine/beer/beverage refrigerators, Vitamix blender. Additionally, there are two beverage fridges - one in the kids room featuring a video game system - and a wine fridge in the kitchen.
