For an additional fee, guests have access to all the amenities that Salt Pond offers, including swimming pools, tennis, and golf, and will be just a short distance to the beautiful Atlantic beaches.

Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.- Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
- Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
