A sparkling on-site pool provides an added layer of leisure to your stay. The private, screened balcony provides a scenic perch overlooking the Point Washington State Forest.
The condo has been recently updated for modern living. Strong natural lighting, comfortable seating, and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the open-concept living area. Gorgeous granite counters and a full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances make planning and preparing delicious, home-cooked meals easy. Other new additions include new faucets and ceiling fans. The primary en suite boasts two vanities and a separate tub. Essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW
Stairwell Tread Repairs will begin March 31, 2025. Work will be done one stairwell at a time. Stairwells under repair will be closed off.
The Roof Replacement Project is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025, starting with the 1000 building. Each building is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
Walkway Coating will start with the 2000 building on April 21, 2025. This process will not allow occupancy in the units of the 2000 building for four days, weather permitting. Once the roof is complete on the 1000 building, they will replace the first-floor coating systems in the 1000 building. That date and walkway/elevator closures will be confirmed, and notice will be sent out as the roofing is wrapping up on the 1000 building.
