We enjoyed our stay. Great location to shops, amenities, and short walk across the street to the beach. Very quiet during our stay, although some occasional noise can be heard from neighbors above the unit. The only negative to us was the unit does need some deep cleaning. As some previous reviewers mentioned, the couch cover was in need of a washing and the floors needs deep cleaning as they had some marking that reflected in the sunlight.

Perfect small cottage for just my wife and me. Easy access to beach by private walkout. Initial conflict with gate access upon check in... no scan code was sent ahead of departure nor form to fill out parking pass... but got to chat with rep and got in after 20 mins... Then at the house, the door key box code had been changed... it was switched with big house box... after that, great stay and very relaxing. Close to lots of restaurants as well.
